You may not use PushDraft for any of the following:
- Scraping or bulk extraction: Using automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to systematically download tool pages or outputs at scale.
- Reverse engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of our tool implementations for redistribution or resale.
- Service disruption: Sending requests designed to disrupt, overload, or compromise the availability of the Service.
- Illegal activities: Using the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to tax fraud, financial fraud, or money laundering.
- Misrepresentation: Presenting PushDraft tool outputs as official government-issued documents, professional tax advice, or certified financial assessments.
- Unauthorized commercial redistribution: Republishing our tool interfaces or outputs at scale as part of a competing product without a commercial license.
6. Financial Calculator Disclaimer
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
All calculators on PushDraft — including but not limited to CTC/salary calculators, income tax estimators, TDS calculators, GST calculators, EMI calculators, SIP calculators, HRA calculators, gratuity calculators, and all other financial tools — are provided for informational and estimation purposes only.
They do not constitute professional financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Specifically:
- Calculator outputs are estimates based on the data you enter and publicly available tax rules as of the date the tool was last updated. Your actual tax liability, take-home salary, or EMI amount may differ materially from these estimates.
- Actual salary deductions are determined by your employer, and may include components not captured in our calculators (company-specific policies, variable pay structures, perquisites, etc.).
- Actual tax liability is determined by the Income Tax Department of India based on your filed return, which may include deductions, exemptions, and assessments not reflected in estimation tools.
- Actual EMI amounts are set by your lender and may include processing fees, insurance, and other charges not included in our estimates.
- You must consult a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), tax professional, or financial advisor for actual tax filing, investment decisions, loan decisions, or any financial commitment.
- PushDraft is not responsible, and shall not be held liable, for any financial decisions, tax filings, investment choices, or other actions taken in reliance on the outputs of our calculators.
7. YMYL Disclaimer — Accuracy and Rate Changes
PushDraft tools operate in what Google classifies as "Your Money or Your Life" (YMYL) territory. We take accuracy seriously, but you must understand these fundamental limitations:
- Results are estimates, not determinations. Calculator outputs are mathematical estimates based on the inputs you provide and the tax rules, rates, and formulas that were current when the tool was last updated.
- Tax laws change. Income tax slabs, surcharge rates, Section 87A rebate limits, standard deduction amounts, TDS thresholds, GST rates, EPF contribution rules, Professional Tax rates by state, and other statutory rates are subject to change by government notification, annual Union Budget, or state budget. PushDraft will update tools on a best-effort basis but makes no guarantee of real-time accuracy after any government notification or policy change.
- Inputs are user-provided. We have no way to verify whether the data you enter is accurate. Incorrect inputs will produce incorrect outputs.
- Edge cases exist. Our calculators may not handle every possible scenario (complex salary structures, special tax treaties, HUF assessments, NRI taxation, etc.). If your situation is non-standard, consult a professional.
- No real-time data. Our tools do not fetch live data from government APIs. All rate tables are hardcoded from the most recently verified sources at time of update.
8. Developer Tools Disclaimer
PushDraft developer tools — including the JWT decoder, hash generators, Base64 encoder/decoder, regex tester, and all other developer utilities — are provided for development, debugging, and testing purposes only.
- Do not use our JWT decoder or hash tools to make production security decisions without independent verification using authoritative libraries in your own environment.
- Do not paste production secrets, private keys, authentication tokens, or sensitive credentials into any online tool, including ours. While our tools are client-side and do not transmit your input, the risk of accidental exposure in browser history, screenshots, or monitoring tools remains.
- Tool outputs have not been audited for cryptographic correctness in all edge cases. Verify outputs independently for any security-critical use.
9. No Warranty
THE SERVICE AND ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PushDraft expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
- Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of tool outputs for any purpose
- Any warranty that errors in the Service will be corrected
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW AND ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAW:
IN NO EVENT SHALL PUSHDRAFT, UPVING DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages of any kind
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings
- Incorrect tax calculations, missed deductions, or tax penalties arising from reliance on our calculators
- Financial losses arising from investment or loan decisions made using our tools
- EMI or loan miscalculations leading to financial commitments
- Security vulnerabilities discovered via our developer tools that were not independently verified
- Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability of any tool
- Loss of data entered into tools (though no tool data is stored on our servers)
- Any other loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the Service
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF PUSHDRAFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
If applicable law does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, our liability in such cases shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.
11. Third-Party Data and Inputs
Tool outputs are entirely dependent on the data you enter. PushDraft:
- Does not verify that inputs you provide are accurate, complete, or current
- Does not cross-reference your inputs against any government database, employer records, or financial institution
- Is not responsible for outputs produced from incorrect, incomplete, or hypothetical inputs
Rate tables embedded in our tools (tax slabs, EPF rates, Professional Tax by state, etc.) are sourced from publicly available government notifications and are accurate as of the date each tool was last updated. The last-updated date is displayed on each tool page.
12. Intellectual Property
PushDraft, the PushDraft logo, the site design, all tool code, and all original content on pushdraft.com are the intellectual property of Upving Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd, protected under applicable Indian and international copyright law.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our tool code or interface designs
- Use the PushDraft name or logo without written permission
- Create derivative products that substantially replicate our tool implementations
Tool outputs belong to you. The results of your calculations, formatted JSON output, decoded tokens, or any other content generated by entering your data into our tools are yours. We assert no ownership over your outputs.
13. Privacy
Your use of PushDraft is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to Pro subscribers via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PushDraft regarding your use of the Service. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written, between you and PushDraft relating to the Service.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term. Our failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
