• 30-day refund policy — contact us for a full refund within 30 days
• License is tied to the purchasing device and cannot be shared
• We reserve the right to terminate licenses used in violation of these terms

5. Intellectual Property

PushDraft, the PushDraft logo, and the underlying code are the intellectual property of Upving Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd. Tool outputs (your calculations, formatted JSON, etc.) belong to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Errors in calculations or outputs
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Loss of data entered into tools (though no data is stored on our servers)

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or via email for Pro subscribers.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
